How does the Self-lifting electric stacker SMITH work?

Cargo Loading and Unloading Procedure for Self-Lifting Pallet Truck:

Before Operation:

• Ensure that the weight of the cargo does not exceed the load capacity of the self-lifting pallet truck
• Insert the forklift fork into the space under the tray, positioning it to ensure the load is centered within the load center
• Press the upper button (right) to slightly lift the cargo, then release the button to pull the forklift
• Ensure the forklift door post is within 80mm of the edge of the carriage, avoiding accessory parts of the carriage.

 

Goods Loading into Vehicle:

a. Approach Vehicle:

• Position the self-lifting pallet truck on the side of the delivery vehicle
• Ensure the head of the cargo fork is at least 10cm away from the vehicle
• Press the rise button to lift the cargo

b. Goods Placement into Carriage:

• After lifting the goods slightly above the vehicle platform, release the rise button.
• Slowly push the self-lifting pallet truck into the vehicle.
• Ensure the forklift door post is within 80mm of the edge of the carriage, avoiding accessory parts of the carriage.

 

 

c. Platform Pull:

• Press the drop button to lower the fork to the vehicle platform
• Lift the rack until the door seat is more than 5cm above the ground
• Hold stacker and pull the platform on the stacker back to the stop

 

d. Lift Frame and Door Seat:

• Hold the frame with one hand
• Press the drop button to lift the frame and stacker’s platform

 

e. Platform and Wheel Entry:

• When the frame reaches the top stop point, release the drop button
• Push the platform so that the guide wheel enters the vehicle

f. Push the electric stacker in the vehicle:

• Press the rise button to slightly raise the goods
• Push the rack to make the universal wheel enter the vehicle interior

 

g. Parking and Final Steps:

• Press the drop button to lower the fork onto the vehicle platform

 

Exiting Carriage and Stacker Operation Instructions:

Before Exiting:

a. Forklift Positioning:

• Press the rise button to lift the fork to the edge of the car

Exiting Carriage:

b. Forklift Movement:

• Move the forklift slowly toward the vehicle exit
• Press the down button to lower the fork to the platform

c. Rack Lowering:

• Support the frame and back out the stacker’s platform, positioning it from front to back
• Press the rise button to lower the frame

 

d. Push Door Seat into Back Seat:

• When the frame is more than 5 cm above the ground, release the brake and push the platform forward

 

Exiting Carriage and Final Steps:

e. Leave the Carriage:

• Press the rise button to lower the rack and door seat to the ground
• Slightly raise the cargo fork
• Move the forklift truck to exit the delivery vehicle

• Always ensure the area is clear of obstacles before moving the stacker
